Refund & Return Policy – OtakuSenpai

At OtakuSenpai, we take pride in delivering high-quality anime merchandise including posters, keychains, and action figures. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Return on Certain Products
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for:
• Posters (as they can get damaged during handling and cannot be resold)
• Keychains and action figures (once opened, cannot be resold)
2. Eligible Returns
We only accept returns if:
• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The wrong item was sent to you.
3. Reporting an Issue
• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos or videos showing the issue.
• Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to customer’s fault (wrong address provided, product damaged after delivery, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Process
• Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
